Digital Programs & Online Courses

• All sales are final: Once you purchase a digital program or course, you will gain immediate access to proprietary content. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers under any circumstance.

• Please double-check before purchasing: If you meant to purchase a different program, unfortunately, we cannot issue replacements or exchanges once the transaction is complete.

• No partial refunds will be provided for incomplete participation, inactive usage, or dissatisfaction based on personal expectations.

 

Live Educational Events

• All tickets are non-refundable: Live event purchases are final. Due to limited seating and high-demand planning, we cannot provide refunds once a spot has been secured.

• Extraordinary circumstances: In the case of an extreme, verifiable emergency, you may email us at info@coralsantoro.com for a one-time review. While refunds are not guaranteed, we aim to treat each case with fairness and compassion.

 

Refund Processing & Stripe Payments

• All payments are securely processed via Stripe, our trusted third-party payment gateway. Stripe does not handle refund requests, all inquiries must be directed to us.

• If a refund exception is granted after internal review, please allow 7–10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your original payment method.

 

Acknowledgement & Agreement

• To ensure full transparency, a checkbox agreement is required at checkout. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our no-refund policy.
